Producer ,Songwriter, Musician Arranger, Label Entrepreneur

Grammy-winning producer, songwriter and entrepreneur MATT SERLETIC has stood out in both the creative and executive fields for over a decade. Since earning his first multi-platinum award in 1994, Serletics productions and songwriting have defined the sound of modern pop music. He has delivered global smashes and enduring career milestones for Carlos Santana (Smooth), Aerosmith (I Don’t Want To Miss a Thing), Rob Thomas (Lonely No More), Matchbox Twenty (Push, "3am", "Unwell"), and many others. To date, Serletics productions have sold over 100 million albums.

As an executive, Serletic founded one of the most successful privately owned labels of the past 10 years, Melisma Records, having sold over 30 million albums worldwide. At age 31, he was the youngest executive in music business history to advance to the Chairmanship of a major record label - Virgin Records. While at Virgin, he signed/broke acts such as KT Tunstall, 30 Seconds to Mars, Gorillaz, and Stacie Orrico.

Convinced the challenges facing today's music industry present hidden opportunity, Serletic has launched a new entrepreneurial music company - Emblem Music Group (www.emblem-music.com). Home to an independent record label, publishing company, and world class recording studio, Emblem is developing a new generation of artists and songwriters under Serletic's unparalleled creative and executive experience.

Matt Serletic graduated with Honors from the University Of Miami School Of Music, with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Music Performance. He is a Record of the Year and Album of the Year Grammy winner. Serletic received his first Grammy nomination in 2000 for Producer of the Year.
