Stuart B. Kalb , J.D., LLM. He is an attorney licensed in both Texas and Florida. Stuart was formerly a vice president and private placement specialist with Integrated Resources Equity Corporation (a subsidiary of Integrated Resources, Inc., formerly a NYSE company). He was in charge of supervising over 50 registered representatives and has served as a Senior Tax Attorney for the U. S. Treasury Department – Office of Chief Counsel ( IRS).
