Richard Dickie Dean – Co-Founder and Non-Executive Board Member Teaming with Albert to launch of DreMāk in 2003, Dickie has been primarily responsible for all fundraising initiatives, administrative operations (including legal, finance, and human resources), business and partnership development and work with the advisory committee. As a third-generation insurance professional, Dean is full- or part-owner of four insurance agencies, including DDI Financial Services, Inc., which he founded in 1995. He has earned Top of the Table membership status in the Million Dollar Round Table, the industry’s prestigious, worldwide sales-recognition organization
